If you have a problem with a recently purchased product, such as a defect or breakage directly on first use, we offer both a full refund of the purchase price and an adequate replacement for the defective product. Please send us a photo of the damaged item to illustrate the problem. Let us know which solution you would like to use and we will give you further instructions on how to proceed.
